Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to Suramya subscriptions.

Cancelling

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• We will remind you before an annual subscription renews.

Refunds

We will give a full refund if:

• you were charged twice for the same period, or charged after cancelling;
• you ask within 7 days of your first-ever subscription payment and have made little or no use of paid features;
• paid features were unavailable for a substantial part of your billing period because of a fault on our side.

Otherwise, payments for a period that has already started are not refundable. You keep access until the period ends.

How to request a refund

Email [support@yourdomain.com] or use our grievance form. Include the email on your account and your payment reference. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 business days of approval, depending on your bank.

No money games

Subscriptions buy access to features only. They are not entry fees or stakes, and no winnings or prizes of monetary value are ever paid out.
