1. What Suramya is

Suramya offers casual, skill-based browser games for entertainment. Suramya does not offer any online money game. No game involves deposits, stakes, bets or wagers, and no score, rank or leaderboard position earns money, cash equivalents, or prizes of monetary value. Any subscription fee pays only for access to features; it is never an entry fee or stake, and it can never be won back.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be 18 or older to create an account. Anyone may play as a guest without an account.
• Give accurate information, and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Display names must not be offensive, impersonate others, or include personal information. We may change or remove names that break this rule.

3. Fair play

You agree not to:

• submit scores you did not earn by playing, or use bots, scripts, cheats, or modified clients;
• exploit bugs or interfere with the service, other players, or our systems;
• abuse, harass, or threaten anyone through the service.

We may remove suspicious scores and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Where the law requires it, we will tell you why.

4. Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription. The price, billing period, and what it includes will be shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Prices include applicable taxes such as GST unless stated otherwise.

5. Healthy play

Please play in moderation. Suramya shows a reminder to take a break after long sessions. If gaming is affecting your wellbeing, consider taking a break and talking to someone you trust.

6. Intellectual property

All graphics, sound effects and music are generated by our own code (no third-party art or audio). Open-source components are used under their respective licences, listed on our Credits page.

7. Availability and changes

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Suramya is provided "as is". Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

9. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or end accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these Terms.

10. Grievances, law and disputes
